Hi there! My name is Jenna. I am the owner of Big White Barn Yoga and a licensed massage therapist in private practice. I'm so happy you're here!
My Mission:
My hope is to assist my clients in relieving stress and re-aligning into harmony. I am dedicated to nurturing mind, body, heart & spirit.
In my practice I offer all inclusive treatments blending integrative massage, aromatherapy, warm stones and specially tailored herbal massage oils to create a whole being healing process. I emphasize relaxation, a connection to nature and nervous system regulation in all treatments as a way to support the body's natural healing process.
I specialize in and tend to work with:
Individuals in high stress jobs and/or demanding life stages who need to decompress, relax and re-ignite joy.
Caretakers on the verge of burn out who need to replenish and restore their own health and well-being.
Individuals recovering + healing physically and mentally from illness, injury or surgery.
Women in all stages of fertility, pregnancy and motherhood.
Customized, nurturing, therapeutic massage treatments can help bring the body back to balance mentally, emotionally + physically. Regular treatments can help relieve: Chronic Stress, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, frequent illness, headaches, digestive disorders, sinus + chest congestion, muscular aches and pains, fatigue, high blood pressure, reduced range of movement, poor circulation and joint stiffness.
