Jenna Hinkley, RYT LMT My life has revolved around the healing arts for over 5 years. Massage taught me about the brilliance of the body, the body taught me about the intrinsic connection to the mind, and meditation taught me about the spirit who is witness to it all. Yoga was a natural evolution of doing massage. Deeply feeling the body in asana, connecting the breath and being aware of everything. Feeling, breathing, opening and becoming aware. Yoga is a transformational practice of the heart. It will let your true nature blossom and I want to share the beauty of it with all our earthside friends. I incorporate Buddhism, self deep tissue massage, herbalism, yin yoga and energy work in my Vinyasa classes. The jewel is in the lotus. Namaste. Susanne Grube, RYT Susanne was born and raised in Germany. After graduating from School of Pharmacy, she and her husband traveled around the world for six months. Raising three wonderful children in today’s fast paced and complex world left Susanne struggling to maintain her inner and outer balance. She was immediately intrigued by the mind-body connection that yoga offers on and off the mat and was especially drawn to the flow of breath and poses in Vinyasa Yoga, which calms the mind while keeping the body toned. Susanne has created a strong following of yogis who love her beautiful sun salutations and a strong flow creating energy and vibrance in the body! Winter Adams, RYT “Give every day the chance to become the most beautiful of your life.” - Mark Twain One of my favorite quotes for over 15 years, it is a mindset that I choose to bring not only to my daily life, but my mat as well. As a RYT 200 teacher, Big White Barn Yoga graduate, I enjoy the opportunity to help my students in making each practice a beautiful one. I offer Vinyasa, Yoga Flow and Restorative style classes with an emphasis on bringing peace to the mind and body, offering guidance through asanas for my students as they make each practice their own. I enjoy teaching all-level classes, while offering modifications for practitioners that may want to go a little deeper. Yoga has been a constant centering force in my life, join me in finding the joy yoga brings.
