Live-stream Classes
Live-stream classes are offered on Zoom. 
When you register for a class you will immediately be e-mailed a confirmation with information and your zoom link. Please check all spam folders if you don't see it in your inbox. Please make sure you're "opted in" to receive emails in your MindBody account.

Recordings 
If you want to take a class but cannot make it at the scheduled time, please register for your class and reply to the confirmation with "Recording." It will be sent to you as soon as it has been processed.
